Guided Meditations are a user-friendly way to enter into meditation, as well as simply a time of entering into receptivity and Presence. Most meditations are from 8 to 12 minutes in length. The meditations are built around elements of spirituality, the enneagram and daily life. Guided Meditations provide spaces of silence to help you enter into moments of silence so that your body, heart and mind begin to experience a pause that helps us direct our attention inward. “Where attention goes, energy follows.” As we experience directing our attention, we begin to learn a new habit of letting go of the hold our vice/passion has on us. We learn to call ourselves again and again back to the breath and to the attention that is presented within the meditation itself. Videos are recorded and left on the Facebook page.
